UWR Jewellery Returns & Exchange Policy

At UWR Jewellery, every piece is made to order with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a bespoke fine jewellery brand, we take great pride in creating unique, personalised items for each of our clients.

Please carefully review our returns policy below before placing your order:

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

• All custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the craftsmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, bespoke engagement rings, wedding bands, or any jewellery altered to customer specifications (e.g., sizing, engraving, stone selection, metal type).
• If you are unsure whether your item qualifies as a non-refundable piece, please contact us prior to purchase for clarification.

Returns on Eligible Items

• For items that are not customised or made-to-order (such as selected ready-to-wear pieces), we accept returns within 14 calendar days of the purchase date or delivery confirmation.
• All returns must be:
  
• Unworn and in their original condition
• In the original packaging with all certificates and documents
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalised jewellery
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage post-purchase
• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Faulty Goods

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised alterations will not be accepted for return or refund.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be offered on eligible, non-custom pieces within the 14-day return window.
• Exchanges are subject to item availability and are at the discretion of UWR Jewellery.

How to Initiate a Return
